At Fabuwood, we strive for perfection in every cabinet we craft; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured return process for all eligible, non-customized products. Please note that all returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and are subject to a restocking fee.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Prepare Packaging
Ensure all cabinet components are securely packed in their original, unopened packaging to prevent damage during transit and maintain eligibility for a refund.
Ship the Product
Arrange for freight or parcel shipping to our designated return center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will issue a credit to your original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fees.
